# On-Season (Winter) Wrestling Athletics Clearance Site

"<mark style="color:purple;">Dear Redondo Wrestling Families,</mark>

<mark style="color:purple;">This is a reminder that</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">**every wrestler must complete their athletic clearance each year**</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">in order to participate in the Redondo Union Wrestling Program. This process includes:</mark>

1. <mark style="color:purple;">**Athletic Physical**</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">– Physicals are valid for</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">**one calendar year**</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">and must be current through the season.</mark>
2. <mark style="color:purple;">**Online Athletic Registration**</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">– This includes the required</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">**transportation fee.**</mark>

<mark style="color:purple;">**Deadline for 2025-2026 Year**</mark><mark style="color:purple;">: Friday, September 19, 2025</mark>

* <mark style="color:purple;">If a wrestler’s clearance is not completed by this date, they run the risk of being</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">**removed from the 6th period wrestling class/program**</mark><mark style="color:purple;">.</mark>
* <mark style="color:purple;">Wrestlers who are not cleared will also be required to</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">**sit out of practices**</mark><mark style="color:purple;">, and this will</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">**negatively affect their grade.**</mark>

Select Redondo Union High School for the registration.

1. Select your student (one at a time)
2. Select Begin Registration

Go ahead and continue to fill out the registration process as needed and select the activity (Boys or Girls Wrestling)

Then make sure to get the latest Medical Form (if you didnt do so during summer camp)

Continue the Athletics Clerance by reading and having you and your wrestlers sign all the Legal Forms on the website.

Here you can upload/post your [physicial ](/information-for-parents-and-wrestlers-students/sports-school-physicals.md)and would also be the portal to the SNAP Raise fundraiser later on in the year, or you can get it to Clara in the ASB office (email to <ckahan@rbusd.org>).

The Snap!Manage also includes the $150 transportation fee in the registration process.

Note that it is NOT used for the RBEF Summer camps, so dont worry about the available Camps tab.
