"For all those wrestlers who received their varsity letter at banquet and do not yet have a letterman, you are welcome to get a “traditional” letterman jacket that is typically wool and leather and can be purchased here

There is also a second option that is a bit more practical for Southern California. It is a jacket that looks like the letterman but is a bit lighter weight for our warmer weather. Several of the boys who got their letterman last year chose this option including Noah and Cameron.

The sweater does look sharp and at a much lower cost than the traditional wool and leather letterman.

This letterman “sweater” is cotton jersey knit and runs about $30.

For those that were waiting on the information about the letterman jacket embroidery and patch sewing

Traditionally the School letter goes on the left front chest area with the sports badge in the upper left corner of the R (additional sports badges go in descending order down the left leg of the R)

If the athletes first name is to be embroidered it goes right front chest

The graduation year can be embroidered (or added as a patch) on the left sleeve

The weight class(or classes if more than one) can be Embroidered (or added as a Patch) on the right sleeve

Last name goes on the upper back area - Kind of between the shoulder blades – and can be straight or arched as per the wrestler’s preference (and length of name)

Any additional patches traditionally go on the back but can also go on the front below the letter and the name."

Things typically done:

* To have the wrestling badge sewn on the school letter and the school letter sewn on the (Upper left chest)&#x20;
* To have the last name embroidered on the back
* You also have the option of not adding the last name to the back if you prefer To have a patch (CIF, Masters or other tournament patch) sewn on the back of the jacket is $10.75 per patch plus tax To have the wrestlers first name embroidered on the front (upper right chest) is $19.75 plus tax To have the wrestlers class year embroidered on the sleeve (upper left sleeve) is $5.00 plus tax
